First off we would like to thank the Internet Freight Terminal for the great service they have and continue to provide the small folks like us that cannot go out and spend all the big bucks on advertisement How many of us old wore out "Chicken Haulers" would have ever believed we would be looking for trucks or posting loads on a computer. While I am sitting here thinking about the good ole days lets not stop and thank good ole' Jimmy Carter and his deregulation deal. It really F*&^%$# UP. I mean fixed up the trucking industry. Well if Bill hasn't deleted me yet let me get started.

The response we have had in reference to our Trees moving this season has been really great. Some of ya'll have not been contacted yet but we are working our way to you. We are not a "TRUCK BROKER". We offer the same services as a broker but we feel we go one step better. We have several different packages that we offer the owner operator and small companies with 2-3 trucks. You submit your invoices direct to our customers. If you are using a factoring company we will invoice the load for you and fax all required paperwork so all you have to do is put the original bills with the paperwork and send it on to your factoring company. Also we have a few select customers that will cut a check as soon as they receive all paperwork and there are no claims etc. We represent you as an agent. We will set you up with the shipper with your authority, insurance & W-9. Insurance requirements are $1,000,000.00 Lib. & $100,000.00 Cargo.

At one time we where doing Highway Use Taxes & Fuel reports and it started to take away our time that needed to be spent on working on loads for our carriers. It didn't take us to long to figure out that if your wheels where not turning the only people making any money was your bank.

We do require that the driver must have cell phone so we can notify our customer in the morning and afternoon the status of his product. If there is a problem we would much rather notify them ASAP of the situation instead of waiting until the next morning to tell him the truck broke down. We are available 7/24 if we have product en route. That is one of the main reasons we do not work with big carriers. We prefer to know the driver and what they are capable of.

Also if you are leased to a company and want to take that next step and get your own authority, contact us and we "WILL" save you at least half if not more than these large companies do.

Our fee for the carrier dispatch & produce brokerage is 6% of whatever the load pays. And, just for the books, "WE DO NOT DO CHEAP FREIGHT!!!"
